Authorizations
As waste brokers RVG carries great responsibility towards the state. Therefore, the law requires a permit for the exercise waste brokerage - a so called Maklergenehmigung.

"Authorization for brokerage" according to §
50 par. 1 Kreislaufwirtschafts- und Abfallgesetz
(KrW-/AbfG) of 27.09.1994 (BGBI. I S. 2705).
The licensing requirements are as follows:
The applicant and the persons authorized by him with the brokerage must be reliable.
As a proof of reliability, the applicant needs to provide information from the criminal records and the Central Trade Register about themselves and the people involved in the brokerage. In addition, evidence that the staff involved are experts in the field of waste management and the movement thereof needs to be submitted.
